Tuesday Text: Chapter 3: Sane Perception, Section 7: Beyond Perception

          The abilities that you have are shadows of your true strength. The spirit’s true functions are knowing, loving, and creating. Perceiving is inherently judgemental and came after the separation. We’ve been in doubt since then. Resurrection is the return of knowledge, which Jesus accomplished by uniting his will with God’s. Since the separation make and create get confused. You make something out of a lack or need. Something is made for a purpose. You make something to fulfill a perceived lack. Which is why you make anything. When you make something you are implying that you believe in the separation. 

          Knowing does not lead to doing. A miracle is associated with perception and not with knowing. Prayer is the medium of miracles and the natural form of communication between God and his kids. Prayer affirms knowledge, not perception.  Unless perception enters into it prayer calls on revelation. Prayer as revelation on the ladder of prayer. Revelation is the highest rung on the ladder. The confusion between your own creation and what you make is huge because it has become impossible to know anything. Knowledge is always stable and you are not. When your behavior is unstable you are disagreeing with God’s idea of creation. You can do this, but you wouldn’t if you were in your right mind. 

          The fundamental question; Who am I? This bothers you the most but you aren’t qualified to answer the question. This question implies who you are is up to you. Correct all false thinking in which you think you are your own creation. Prayer is the medium of miracles because God created you. You are a miracle. Perceptions are open to error. It’s needlessly complicated because you want to see yourself as separated and unseparated at the same time.
